STRATEGY
One plan, agreed once. After that, nobody has to wonder whose job it is.
WHAT SIMANDRO DOES
Simandro does not sell a list of digital jobs. It takes responsibility for a community's whole digital presence, and then stays with it.
One plan, agreed once. After that, nobody has to wonder whose job it is.
A website you are proud to send to someone. Fast on a phone, and it stays up.
A family moves into the neighbourhood and searches online. They find you, not someone else.
Your services, feasts and ministries, easy to find. Nobody has to call the office to ask what time.
You write the content. Simandro organises it and puts it where it can be found.
One page every month. What grew, what did not, and what happens next. No dashboard to learn.
No handover and goodbye. Simandro stays, keeps the work current, and answers for it.
INCLUDED
Every one of these is part of the monthly work, not an extra.
NOT INCLUDED
Photography, video and livestreaming are not part of the monthly work. Simandro will help you find someone who does them well.
Your community writes what it has to say. Simandro organises it, structures it and publishes it.
The channels are connected and measured. They are not staffed day to day.
Where advertising makes sense, the media cost stays with the community. The work of running it does not.
New software and full rebranding are quoted on their own, not absorbed into the monthly work.
Naming the edges is what makes everything inside them dependable.
A CLOSER LOOK
Most communities can take donations online. Almost none can see where people stop.
Giving is the one place where every part of the work has to hold at once: the page, the phone, the search that leads to it, and the numbers behind it. Simandro treats it as its own discipline, and works on the whole path rather than the button at the end.
LATER ON
Reaching people who are searching, but have not found you yet.
Pascha, the feast day, the festival, the building fund.
Reviews and what people say about you where others can see it.
Some of this carries a cost. Some of it does not. Simandro does not lead with advertising before the foundation is ready.
Rooted in Tradition.
Start with where things stand. A website nobody has touched in years. A calendar that lives in one person's inbox. A listing on Google that still shows the old phone number.
A conversation, and a written summary of the findings. No cost, no obligation.REQUEST A REVIEWA founder-led practice in New York City, working in English and Greek.Or write to Simandro directly at [email protected]
